DIXI Cylindre is specialized in screw cutting of high precision in all material and size of the series. 

We are able to produce parts between 0.3mm and 32mm and to ensure thethermal and of surface treatments with the collaboration of qualified subcontractors. In order to fully satisfy our customers, we are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified by SQS.
The machines parc is made up of center of undercutting CNC (Deco2000,Citizen,Star)and talso of cams machines (RR20,R10,Esco, M7,M4) which we periodically revise on an alternation from 3 to 5 machines per annum
A workshop equipped with machines with recovery allows if necessary the completion of part which could no be worked out directly on the machines.

Founded in 1924, DIXI Cylindre SA and its 50 collaborators are able to fullfill all requirements in the field of high precision screw-cutting.

Modern equipments enable manufacturing of parts from diameter 0.3 up to 32 mm in all machinable materials, heat and surface treatments, as well as special polishings, are performed by well known external subcontractors, in order to guarantee deliveries of finished products.

Our quality management system, certified ISO9001:2000-ISO13485:2003-ISO14001:2004 by the SQS, guarantees that all orders are executed according to requirements and delivered within confirmed lead times.
